Hi, I’m Fabian Wiesemüller. I build robotics products that solve real problems in the field, and I’m currently turning my work in extreme-environment robotics into a company.

I’m the Co-Founder and CEO of FireDrone AG, where we are developing heat-resilient drones for industrial inspections and firefighting. Our goal is simple: give responders and operators a tool that can fly where standard drones fail, collect the data that matters, and help people make faster, safer decisions.

Before (and alongside) building FireDrone, I worked in research roles at EPFL and Empa, where I learned what it takes to move from promising prototypes to systems that survive messy, real-world conditions. Today, I focus on product execution: engineering, field testing with partners, and shaping a platform that can be manufactured, certified, and deployed at scale.
